Bay Shore High School Alumni Hall of Fame Nominee's Information

Membership in the Bay Shore High School Alumni Hall of Fame honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding individual ability, leadership, character, personal drive and dedication. Their lives and accomplishments serve to inspire our students and the Bay Shore - Brightwaters community.

Prior inductees have been individuals whom have made their impact in business and finance, athletics and entertainment, journalism and politics, education and the arts, and community service.

Your help is requested in selecting our future inductees. Please send a written nomination for someone who meets the following requirements:

Eligibility
(Candidates must be either):

A Bay Shore High School graduate / attendee or

A former faculty staff member or administrator or

A former non-faculty school district employee or

An individual who has made exceptional contributions to the Bay Shore - Brightwaters school community.

Criteria:

Gained recognition and prominence in his/her field of endeavor and/or made noteworthy contributions to that field or in community service.

A person of integrity and good character.

Exemplifies the principles, philosophy and mission of the Bay Shore School District and the BSHS Alumni Association.

The BSHS Alumni Association Selection Board will review each submitted application. Candidate selection requires a majority vote of the Selection Board members. All prior nominees, not previously selected are automatically considered for the next available selection process. Please fill out our Hall of Fame Nominee Application Form and return it to:
